About me
I am a licensed social worker in New England. I am the founder of Find Your Ray of Hope, PLLC. I provide virtual counseling. My work is collaborative and person-centered, drawing from strengths-based and solution-focused practices. I provide trauma-informed counseling for adults, integrating mindfulness and cognitive behavioral techniques to help you navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
I have extensive experience working with individuals facing stress and anxiety, depression, traumatic grief, relationship concerns, and those exploring new or evolving aspects of their identity. I also offer parent guidance to caregivers who may have concerns about their child's or teen’s development, emotional well-being, or behavior, and to adults caregiving to elders in their life.
I believe people have the strength, resilience, and capacity to grow when they have the right support, space, and tools to thrive. I work alongside you as a partner, helping you reconnect with your values, recognize your strengths, and navigate life's challenges with clarity and confidence. We'll explore the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck while building practical skills to help you manage stress, cope with difficult emotions, strengthen relationships, and move toward the life you want to live. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your needs/goals.
I am licensed in all of New England and have experience working with individuals facing stress and anxiety, depression, traumatic grief, relationship concerns, and exploring new or evolving aspects of their identity. I also offer parent guidance to those who may have concerns about their child or teen’s development, emotional well-being and behavior.
Taking the first step toward support can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m honored to walk alongside you and look forward to getting to know you and hope to hear from you.
