I love walking with families through challenging stages and experiences. My clients seek me out for relationship issues, infidelity, trauma, depression, anxiety, body positivity, infertility, postpartum issues, parenthood transitions, and the challenges of family life.

I am trained in Gottman Method couples therapy, maternal mental health, certified in trauma-informed therapy, and have a certificate in Child and Adolescent well-being. I will walk with you to rebuild peace, hope, and confidence, using CBT, DBT, CPT, play therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to get there.
