About me
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, grieving, or simply exhausted from carrying everything on your own, you’re not alone. Life can be hard, and sometimes we all need a place where we can take off the mask and be honest about what we’re going through.
I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. My counseling style is warm, supportive, and practical. I believe healing happens when people feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted.
Some of my greatest areas of passion are grief, trauma, resilience, and helping people find hope after difficult seasons. For those who would like it, I also offer a faith-based perspective that can be incorporated into the counseling process.
My goal is not to tell you how to live your life. My goal is to walk alongside you, help you discover your strengths, and support you as you create meaningful change.
