About me
Are past traumas affecting your ability to show up how you want in relationships, the world, and with yourself? Is the past making it difficult to feel fully alive in the present? Are you struggling with anxiety and how it impacts your day to day life? If so, I'm glad you're here. I specialize in working with adults struggling with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and grief. My approach to therapy is person-centered, and I believe that everyone has wisdom, knowledge, and strengths that we can draw on as we work towards your goals together. I believe healing and change are possible.
As a person-centered and strengths based therapist, I strive to create a safe, supportive space for all. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Attachment Theory, the Dual Process Model of Grief, and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
I believe that everyone has deep inner wisdom, and together, we can explore your strengths, navigate your challenges, and pursue your personal growth and healing. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and in our ability to change, heal, and grow. If this sounds like the right fit for you, please feel free to reach out!
