Rebecca Nudel, LMFT

I am a trauma-informed Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who focuses on anxiety, life transitions, Adult ADHD and relationship issues. I am dedicated to forming an authentic therapeutic relationship to assist clients who are struggling with anxiety, adult ADHD, relationships, communication, self-esteem, perfectionism and life transitions such as aging, launching children, or caring for aging parents, friends or partners.

Sometimes we find ourselves in challenging, painful, or difficult situations that can leave us overwhelmed, hopeless, or stuck, preventing us from living the fulfilling life we are meant to live. You feel a sense of anxiety or dread that you just can’t shake. You don’t feel supported by your partner. You are confronting the emotional challenges that come with getting older. You are at your wit's end and don’t know where to turn. I am here to tell you, we’ve all been there and there is hope. I believe each person comes to therapy with unique strengths. Together we will highlight those strengths and find the tools to work through the obstacles which inhibit you.

My personal/professional style is caring and non-judgmental. I come from a place of curiosity, patience, humor, and sincerity. I utilize various treatment modalities tailored to each individual, couple, or family to hone the skills necessary for you to create a more fulfilling life, better your relationships, and build confidence and self-esteem.

My goal is to build a trusting collaborative relationship with my clients and to create a safe place where they can deepen their understanding of themselves, build and maintain healthier interpersonal relationships, facilitate personal growth, and overcome mental and emotional obstacles.
