About me
Welcome, I'm so glad you are here.
From the outside, you may look like you’re holding it all together. But inside, you’re exhausted. Maybe you feel stuck, anxious, or disconnected from yourself and others. The patterns that once helped you cope might now leave you feeling overwhelmed or shut down. If you’re wondering whether life could feel different, please know you’re not alone. Therapy can help.
I’m Dr. Rebecca Moe, a licensed clinical psychologist in New York and Arizona. For over 15 years, I’ve helped adults move beyond survival and toward lives that feel more connected, vibrant, and meaningful. My specialty is trauma-informed, evidence-based psychotherapy for people who’ve lived through painful or overwhelming experiences such as trauma, loss, or chronic stress.
I provide care grounded in respect for your story, your strengths, and your capacity to heal. My approach is collaborative, flexible, and rooted in therapies proven to help, including EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
If you’re looking for a therapist who understands the impact of trauma and stress, offers research-backed care, and leads with compassion, I’d be honored to support you.
