About me
I am a Person-Centred Therapist with 12 years of professional experience and a mix of life experiences. I help people when they are struggling or feeling a bit stuck. Maybe you are overwhelmed with your emotions and need my support to unpack everything in your head, giving you clarity and space to think and move forward.
I will tailor our sessions to your specific needs. It takes courage to seek help when you are struggling. This is the first step towards feeling yourself again: reaching out for the much-needed help you need to transform and change towards a better life.
Over the years, I have worked with a wide range of clients, including people who are Neurodivergent and have a disability. I also have experience supporting those living with cancer, which I gained from years of working at Cancer Support.
I work with individuals and couples, creating a safe, confidential, nonjudgmental, compassionate space where you can speak freely.
If you feel you are ready to take the next step toward getting help for whatever reason, I am here to guide you toward that change.
