I'm a licensed and nationally certified counselor with more than 6 years of experience passionate about providing warm, compassionate, and effective support for clients who have experienced trauma or are struggling to get unstuck from negative or self sabotaging mindsets!

There is a more compassionate way to motivate change! I provide in-person sessions in Surprise, AZ and telehealth to clients all over Arizona. I believe the best life is one lived with meaning and purpose where we are connected to others in healthy ways. Challenges, hardships, and mistakes are part of being human. We can't always help what happens to us. How we respond to these painful experiences is where we regain our power. My goal is to provide a safe place to explore the origins of pain with self-compassion. My passion is working with clients to unlock this self-compassion, making room for breakthrough and healing.

I am trained in EMDR and Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy. I use a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to address issues like trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, relationships problems, grief/loss, self-sabotaging, anger, worthlessness, resentment, emotional problems, transition/adjustment, isolation, and hopelessness.
