About me

Did you get a life changing diagnosis and feel like no one understands what you're going through? Let's talk about it. You feel guilty for being angry or maybe even happy after the death of a loved one? Totally normal! You feel like the world is moving past you while you're standing still? I'm here for you. I help people who are experiencing complicated, often contradictory feelings, related to trauma, grief, disability, chronic illness, stress, and fertility issues. These issues can be isolating and often times those around us don't know what to say, so they either stay silent or say hurtful things (whether they intend to or not). If you want to get to know me and my style better, I am happy to schedule a 15 minute consultation. Call, email, or contact me through my website.

I believe that people can achieve healing when they are given the space to examine and accept complicated feelings. My focus is on helping people learn how to identify and talk through their feelings, so that they can continue to thrive long after our work together is finished. I keep my sessions casual and comfortable because therapy can be intimidating (or even very scary, if we're being honest).
I have 5 years combined experience counseling in Utah and Oregon. I have post graduate degree training in Trauma Counseling through University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. I offer counseling in Russian and English.
