Together, we can name emotions, make sense of experiences, and build the resilience and self-assurance they need to navigate their journey toward independence and adulthood.

For adults, I offer a reflective space to explore how life experiences, relationships, and past patterns influence the present. Together, we’ll uncover insights that foster personal growth, greater self-awareness, and lasting change, empowering you to move toward a more fulfilling life.

My approach is highly adaptable and tailored to your unique needs, drawing from an integrative framework that includes Attachment Theory, Psychosocial Theory, Person-Centred Therapy, Existentialism, and Jungian Psychology.
