About me

I work with individuals, couples, and families who are looking for more than just coping tools- they’re searching for meaningful change.
Many of my clients come to me overwhelmed by burnout, navigating the emotional toll of caregiving or public service, or trying to hold it all together in their relationships while feeling like they’re quietly falling apart inside.
You might not have the words for what’s going on yet and that’s okay. Together, we’ll untangle what’s happening beneath the surface and begin rebuilding your sense of clarity, connection, and self-trust.

I believe in a personalized, relationship-focused approach to mental health that sees you as a whole person. Not just a list of symptoms or struggles. Your thoughts, emotions, body, and relationships are deeply interconnected, and therapy should reflect that complexity.

In our work together, we’ll explore the unique dynamics within yourself, your relationships, and your family system. I draw primarily from Bowen Family Systems Theory and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you understand how patterns, roles, and relational histories shape your experience. These frameworks support deeper insight and lasting emotional change.

While I utilize multiple modalities (based on your needs) I integrate somatic work to help you build awareness of the connection between your mind and body. Together, we’ll learn how anxiety, stress, trauma, and emotion live in the nervous system, and explore practices that support grounding, regulation, and embodied healing. I’m currently pursuing Brainspotting training to deepen this mind-body approach to trauma and emotional processing.

No matter what brings you to therapy, my personal goal in every session, is to meet you exactly where you are- with empathy, curiosity, and zero judgment. Whether you’re navigating burnout, anxiety, trauma, or relationship struggles, we’ll work together to create a space that feels safe, empowering, and truly personalized to your needs.
