About me

I help individuals, couples, and families who feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected after prolonged stress or trauma. You may be the one others depend on-caring for loved ones, serving in high-pressure roles, or trying to keep everything together-while quietly feeling like you’re losing yourself inside.
My work is trauma-informed, relational, and body-mind grounded, meaning we gently explore how stress, past experiences, and relationship patterns show up in your emotions, body, and connections with others. You don’t need the “right” words yet, together we’ll untangle what’s happening beneath the surface and begin rebuilding clarity, safety, and self-trust.

I take a personalized, relationship-focused approach to therapy that sees you as a whole person, not just a list of symptoms. Your thoughts, emotions, body, and relationships are deeply connected, and our work reflects that.

I draw primarily from Bowen Family Systems Theory and Internal Family Systems (IFS, Parts Work) to explore patterns, roles, and relational histories that shape your experience. I also integrate somatic work to help you understand how stress, anxiety, and trauma live in the nervous system, supporting grounding, regulation, and mind-body awareness. I am currently pursuing Brainspotting training to deepen this trauma-informed, embodied approach.

Above all, my goal is to meet you where you are, with empathy, curiosity, and no judgment. Together, we’ll create a therapeutic space that feels safe, supportive, and tailored to your needs.
