You just took the first step towards self-care and healing! I am an EMDR certified clinician providing Telehealth therapy for women in Florida and South Carolina. I specialize in helping women heal from past wounds and current stressors that keep them from living the life they’ve created for themselves.

I utilize CBT and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, to treat the whole person. EMDR is an evidence-based approach, proven highly effective, for the treatment of trauma, PTSD, anxiety and depression.
