Rashad Gardner, MS
Online & In-Person
About me
Hi, everyone. My name is Rashad Gardner. I have a bachelor’s in psychology with a minor in sociology. I am currently in the final stage of my internship at Capella University working on my master’s in clinical mental health counseling at Blue Pearl Therapy.
I have 9 years of progressive experience working with all ages of individuals, couples, and families whose lives have been impacted by a plethora of mental, behavioral, and emotional health concerns, including substance abuse and concerns within the family system, as well as those experiencing homelessness and systematic poverty. Working with the mentioned populations has allowed me to gain knowledge of diverse ethnicities and cultures as well as work with people from different socioeconomic backgrounds. My areas of interest are trauma counseling, sex counseling, multicultural counseling, and the use of play, art, and music therapy as well as other disciplines catered to my clients.
