Hello, I’m Raquel Ralat Martinez, LCSW, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in Florida, Texas, and Puerto Rico, and the founder of Blooming Health Center, LLC. My mission is to create a safe, supportive, and empowering space where individuals and families can work toward emotional wellness, healing, and personal growth.

I provide therapy for children (age 5 and older), adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges. I commonly support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and emotional regulation challenges.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and strength-based interventions to help clients understand patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we work to develop healthier coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and build resilience.

As a bilingual therapist (English and Spanish), I am committed to providing culturally sensitive care and creating an inclusive environment where clients from diverse backgrounds feel understood and respected.

Through Blooming Health Center, our goal is to empower individuals to rediscover their strengths, overcome obstacles, and move forward with greater confidence and emotional balance. We also offer telehealth services for greater accessibility, allowing clients to receive care in a convenient and supportive way.
