I’m Raquel Italia. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Science in Professional Counseling. My background combines practical problem-solving with compassionate, person-centered psychotherapy—because life sometimes needs both a safe place to talk and a little troubleshooting.
Born and raised in the Philippines, I moved to the United States at age 17. Adapting to a new culture and building a life far from home brought challenges that strengthened my inner resolve and deepened my respect for each person’s identity, culture, and story. As a bilingual therapist, I offer a bonus: more than one way to say, “You are not alone.” Together, we can uncover your Life Silhouette—where hope inspires the journey and healing makes transformation possible.

Filipino Therapist, bilingual fluent with Tagalog and English as a second language. I provide compassionate psychotherapy for individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, major life changes, emotional distress, and other mental health conditions. Together, we identify patterns and triggers and develop practical coping skills that support stability and meaningful growth. Therapy is not about “fixing” you—you are a person, not a broken appliance. It is about helping you feel safer, stronger, and more confident in your life.
