We are a unique with group of mental health professionals treating all ages, cultures and genders with a variety of life issues and specializing in eating disorder recovery.
Our group practice provides devoted, skilled, experienced therapists who are eager to help you find your way amongst life's many challenges.

So much of the experiences of anxiety, depression, OCD, body image disturbance, eating disorders, and poor self-image, relationship issues, unrealized potential, unmet dreams and goals, depend on fixed or limited beliefs we have learned starting early in life. we offer the guidance to help you ask the questions you will need in order to find your answers and a way to move forward.
We offer a variety of evidence-based treatments such as but not limited to, CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, all from a relational, strengths-based foundation.
if you are feeling stuck, we will help you find that right next step. We will assist in helping you to uncover your own strengths and to value your true nature, to quiet the internal critic and to lead you to your own best self.
