I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience working in different aspects of the mental health field to help people break through the patterns that keep them stuck so that they can grow into and enjoy the life that they desire.

I have helped individuals struggling with a wide variety of issues such as: ADHD, anxiety, depression, addiction, low self-esteem, grief and loss, identity issues, marital difficulties, trauma, and communication skills. I've worked with children, tweens, teens, young adults and individuals approaching retirement. It is an amazing privilege to be a part of the transformation that happens when a client truly begins to feel comfortable in his or her own skin and lives the life he or she desires.
The foundation of my training is in a combination of Cognitive Behavioral and Psychodynamic techniques. Using this combination helps clients gain insight into maladaptive behavior patterns. I have also had training in Structural Family Therapy to assist parents and children better communicate to create a healthier home environment.
