About me
You don’t have to navigate mental health challenges alone. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) practicing in Maryland. I provide a safe, compassionate space where you can feel truly heard. Together, we create a personalized plan that supports healing and growth.
Hi, I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who understands that seeking mental health support can feel overwhelming. I strive to provide a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, respected, and supported. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood-related challenges, and I partner with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that fits your unique needs—whether that includes medication management, therapy, or a combination of both. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel balanced, empowered, and in control of your care.
I earned my advanced nursing education with specialized training in psychiatric mental health and am board-certified to provide evidence-based psychiatric care across the lifespan. My clinical background allows me to integrate medical knowledge with a strong understanding of emotional, psychological, and social factors that affect mental well-being. I stay current with best practices in mental health treatment and prioritize patient education, so you feel informed and confident about your care decisions.
You do not need to have everything figured out before we begin. I will meet you where you are and take time to truly listen. I believe mental health care works best as a partnership, not a directive. Many clients share that they feel comfortable opening up because of the supportive, respectful, and judgment-free environment I provide. My goal is to help you feel safe enough to be honest, curious about yourself, and hopeful about change.
Our work begins by getting to know you and understanding what brought you in. Together, we set realistic goals and create a treatment plan tailored to your needs and pace. In follow-up sessions, we monitor progress, adjust treatment when necessary, and recognize growth along the way—so you feel consistently supported throughout your journey. If you’re looking for thoughtful, patient-centered psychiatric care, I would be honored to support you as part of your path toward healing and wellness.
