I help adults heal from trauma, anxiety, grief, and painful relationship patterns so they can feel more secure, understood, and connected to themselves again.

You may be the person everyone thinks has it all together, while privately feeling anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns you don’t know how to change. Maybe you’re carrying experiences from the past, grieving a loss, struggling in your relationships, or simply realizing you don’t want to keep feeling this way.

I help adults navigate trauma and complex trauma, anxiety, grief, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. Together, we can better understand the patterns behind what you’re experiencing, strengthen practical coping tools, and work toward meaningful change.

With over eight years of experience in social work and mental health, I provide culturally responsive online therapy in English and Spanish to clients in Illinois and Puerto Rico. For clients who desire it, Christian faith and spirituality can also be incorporated into therapy.
