About me
I am a board certified psychotherapist who helps people gain confidence and emotional strength. I help people heal from depression and anxiety and learn coping methods for both. Many of my clients are healing from PTSD and gain new skills for their daily mental, emotional, and behavioral well being. I also treat people in family systems and with marriage / relationship therapy.
