About me

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist offering culturally responsive, sex-positive therapy for Black, queer, and non-traditional relationship communities. I support individuals and couples in deepening intimacy, healing relational wounds, and living more authentically.

My approach is collaborative, affirming, and grounded in the belief that healing happens when we feel safe enough to be fully ourselves. I help clients unpack the impact of family systems, cultural messaging, and relational patterns that may be shaping how they show up in relationships, often without realizing it. Together, we work to build emotional awareness, strengthen communication, and create more connected, intentional relationships.

I bring a particular passion for sex and intimacy work, supporting clients through challenges such as mismatched desire, sexual shame, relational ruptures, trust, and navigating boundaries with honesty and care. I strive to create a non-judgmental space where all parts of you - including pleasure, curiosity, and uncertainty - are welcome.

As a Black therapist, I’m deeply committed to providing care that honors lived experience, identity, and the realities of navigating systems that weren’t built with everyone in mind. My work is affirming of intersecting identities and grounded in respect, consent, and empowerment.

If you’re seeking therapy that is relational, affirming, and rooted in authenticity, I’d be honored to support you.
