About me

Do you feel overwhelmed, restless, or stuck? As a therapist specializing in ADHD, anxiety, and trauma, I provide a supportive space where holistic approaches and creativity come together. My goal is to help you feel safe, understood, and empowered to be your authentic self. Growth happens when we reconnect with our strengths and find new ways to navigate life’s challenges. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your child, or your teen, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on this journey. Current openings available!

I offer talk therapy and creative and experiential interventions designed to make therapy both meaningful and effective. Together, we’ll create a space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and take intentional steps toward the life you want to live. I’m an integrative and trauma-informed therapist. Through the process, we can explore emotions, process experiences, and build self-awareness in new ways.

I am passionate about creating a safe space where clients can explore their emotions through various modalities. In my work, I draw upon a range of therapeutic techniques, blending creativity with evidence-based practices to help individuals express and process thoughts and feelings. I specialize in working with children 10+, teens, young adults, and parents. Since 2013, I’ve worked in diverse settings—including outpatient clinics, schools, and in-home therapy—supporting individuals and families across the lifespan. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative and empowering experience that honors the whole person—mind, body, and creativity. I’m an integrative and trauma-informed therapist with advanced training in Art Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Animal-Assisted Interventions. My approach draws from a variety of evidence-based and experiential methods tailored to your unique goals and needs. In addition to individual therapy, I offer clinical supervision for ATR/ATR-P and LPC/LPCC licensure candidates.

I am passionate about creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions through various modalities. In my work, I draw upon a range of therapeutic techniques, blending creativity with evidence-based practices to help individuals express and process thoughts and feelings. I specialize in working with children 10+, teens, young adults, and parents.

I offer a person-centered, holistic, trauma-informed approach that respects your unique needs and preferences. Whether you are dealing with ADHD/neurodivergent symptoms, anxiety, life transitions, grief, trauma, or simply want to explore your emotions, I tailor each session to meet your goals. I use an integrative lens and incorporate expressive modalities and mindfulness based practices upon request. Art therapy is not about creating "perfect" artwork—it’s about the process and experience of creative expression that leads to healing and insight. The creative process can unlock the unconscious mind, develop self-awareness, and promote emotional resilience.
