About me
I have been in healthcare for 15+ years. I have mostly worked in women's health and oncology focusing on depression/anxiety, grief, coping skills, and trauma. My internships expanded my experience to caring for kids/adults in an inpatient psychiatric setting, detox/rehab for alcohol/drug use, and outpatient management via telehealth. I enjoy all the ins and outs of mental health. My goal is to work with you and help you navigate the available resources to you.

I strive to listen, hear you, and work together to find your way back to your best life. There is always hope, sometimes you just need help to find it.
