About me
Have you suffered religious abuse or trauma? Are you trying to navigate relationships with toxic coworkers, family members, or other individuals? I am dedicated to helping you manage these complex scenarios and develop powerful tools.
If you have struggled with confusing and unhealthy relationships, or are struggling with attachment issues in your relationships, low self esteem, anxiety or depressed mood, I get it. You are probably feeling out of hope, exhausted in your body and soul, and on your last leg.
There is hope, and I am here to help you connect to it. You don’t have to continue wearing down, body and soul, day by day–you CAN rebuild yourself. I can help you process why and how these things happened to you, as well as develop tools and behavioral strategies specific to you, to help you change your life into one that feels worth living.
My goal, with every client, is to identify values and personal strengths that can help you overcome the issues you are facing. I’m here to offer hope.
