I myself have struggled in life in trying to figure out how to get help, where to go to get help, what type of help I needed, and sometimes even in seeing that I even needed help. I am here to tell you that there’s always help available and it’s so impost to find the right type of help for you and that includes finding the right person, for you. I offer counseling, coaching, and mentorship because all 3 are important to have and not every type is right for you, or right for you now. Some people need help with mental health and would benefit from a diagnosis and need help thru their crisis. Others struggle with life decisions and do not like how their life is going but don’t know what steps to take. Whilst others may have done therapy but the confinement of only working together once a week is not enough and it is not strictly psychological—where one wants a more hands on approach for confusion, frustration, and high emotional states in the moment. Whichever category you fall into, I can help you.

I have done my own work and tried each and every method, methodology, and approach—and each one was right for me when I had it—when I was ready for more, I got more. It’s the age old adage, when the student is ready, the teacher appears.

I have undergrad and graduate degrees in sociology, criminal justice, counseling, depth psychology, and somatics. I have been in and out of therapy for most of my life, seen coaches briefly, and work with an intuitive healer and guru. I also have lived life for multiple years without alcohol or any substances and practice a life of feeling all my feelings—dealing with life on life’s terms. I’m continuously working to perfect my relationship with self and others in practicing living with my heart wide open.
