I offer somatic therapy in San Luis Obispo and virtually across California for adults navigating anxiety, trauma, overwhelm, and life transitions. My approach is grounded, relational, and trauma-informed, supporting clients in reconnecting with themselves, their bodies, and their nervous systems.

Many of the people I work with appear “high-functioning” on the outside while struggling internally with anxiety, stress, disconnection, or emotional overwhelm. Somatic therapy can help you feel more grounded, connected, and supported in your daily life.

I’m Rachel Quigley, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in San Luis Obispo. My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens not by pushing harder—but by developing a more attuned, compassionate relationship with yourself. I bring over a decade of experience supporting individuals in understanding themselves more deeply and creating meaningful change. My masters degree is in somatic counseling psychology and I integrate elements of somatic work throughout my therapy practice.

My work is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and a belief that healing happens through connection—to ourselves and others.
