About me

I am a Licensed Social Worker with experience supporting children, adolescents and adults navigating substance use, mental health concerns, trauma, and life transitions through compassionate, evidence-based therapy.

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. As a Licensed Social Worker, I work with children, adolescents and adults navigating substance use, anxiety, trauma, emotional challenges, relationships, and life transitions.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while incorporating grounding, emotional regulation, relapse prevention, and practical coping strategies. My work began by supporting adolescents from trauma-based adoption stories as a field guide in wilderness therapy based out of Oregon.

I recognize that reaching out for therapy can feel difficult, and you do not have to have everything figured out before starting. Together, we can identify your goals, build on your strengths, and develop tools to help you navigate challenges with greater confidence and resilience.
