About me
For over eight years, I have provided individual and group therapy to clients addressing problematic sexual behaviors and intimacy issues. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and OR SOTB Certified Clinical Sex Offense Therapist, I deliver client-centered therapy, encompassing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, with a specialization in sexual dysfunction and antisocial behaviors.
My therapeutic approach prioritizes collaboration in a client-centered environment. I integrate various modalities, including but not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-based Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Somatic Therapy. I am also trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), which is specifically designed for individuals experiencing Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
I am passionate about helping individuals as they navigate some of the most private aspects of human existence. My goal is for clients to feel accepted when they come in, gain skills and insight to motivate behavior change, and leave feeling understood and hopeful about their future.
