About me
My hope is that clients leave each session with a greater sense of peace, clarity, and connection. I am a natural listener and focus on creating a secure, comfortable space where clients feel safe to express themselves openly and authentically.
I have known since my teenage years that providing therapy was my calling. I bring a deep sense of empathy and a genuine passion for hearing people’s stories and building meaningful connections. My experience spans a variety of clinical settings, including inpatient care, supportive housing, partial care programs, in-home services, and traditional outpatient therapy. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults, supporting concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, existential questions, parenting, and prenatal and postpartum mental health.
I am a strong listener with a natural ability to help people feel at ease. I enjoy bringing appropriate humor and lightness into the therapeutic space and strive to create an environment where clients feel comfortable discussing anything that comes up. My goal is to provide a welcoming, supportive setting where clients feel safe, understood, and free to be themselves.
