I offer a warm and uplifting environment where you can feel safe to relax, reflect, and let go of what is no longer serving you. My approach is grounded in research-backed methods while taking into account the connection between mind, body, and spirit. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds and identities, including the LGBTQIA+ community, and strive to create an affirming, inclusive environment where you feel truly seen and supported. I offer trauma-informed talk therapy, couple’s counseling, EMDR, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP.)

I specialize in treating Anxiety, Depression, OCD, PTSD, and Borderline Personality Disorder. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR,) Internal Family Systems (IFS,) Ego States Interventions, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP.) I also work with couples using Attachment Theory, IFS, and the Gottman Method. I also offer an alternative approach to treatment using Ketamine and Psilocybin Assisted Therapy

I have personal experience with Anxiety and OCD and know how difficult it can be to live with. I love sharing the things I have learned and want to help others heal and feel whole.
