I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist offering psychotherapy to individual adults, couples, and groups. My office is located in Santa Monica, CA and I also offer telehealth sessions.

People come to therapy for all kinds of reasons. Some are struggling and looking for support, while others want to develop new ways of approaching life and relationships. Some are working through grief or a major life transition, trying to move away from an unhealthy dependency, or simply looking to grow and better understand themselves.

Whatever brings you to therapy, my goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself and create a life that feels healthier and more fulfilling.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and engaged. I work to create a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental space where you can be yourself and explore what’s going on in your life. I believe that building a genuine relationship based on trust and understanding is an important part of the therapy process.

I believe we all have the capacity to heal, grow, and create lasting change. Anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and life transitions can sometimes leave you feeling ungrounded or disconnected. Let's face it, we are all just human and life is filled with wonderful, yet sometimes challenging and surprising experiences. Therapy can be a supportive place to slow down, feel understood, and begin finding your way back to yourself. I am a licensed therapist with 12 years of experience working with teens, adults, couples, parents and sometimes new moms. I work with clients from diverse backgrounds and bring a multicultural, open-minded, trauma-informed, and strength-based approach to my practice. My goal in every session is always to meet my clients where they are, and provide a safe, supportive and nonjudgemental environment for all of my clients. I always feel honored that people share their life experiences with me, and I take it very seriously as I help my clients navigate whatever they may need help or support with.
