About me
Do you want to be your best, most expansive self?
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with diverse work experience. I have supported people of all ages through my work in the school system, Child & Protective Services, out-patient clinics and private practice. I enjoy working with individuals and providing parent coaching. My experience and knowledge base includes developmental challenges, neurodivergence, co-morbidity, feeding and eating disorders, and sensory processing differences.
I believe in considering the whole person and thinking from a systems-based perspective. There are often many things that impact our emotional well-being, as well as diverse ways of improving our wellness. Therapy is an interactive and collaborative process. Sessions create space for you to share, feel and discover your best self, as well as build adaptive tools for handling life’s challenges. Therapy techniques include cognitive behavioral, a focus on systems (ecological) and family systems, and humanistic/relational, and physiological wellness is always considered.
For anyone seeking a partner and cheerleader as they navigate life’s difficulties, I am here for you.
