About me
Hi, and welcome to my page! I am so grateful for you finding me and am proud of you for seeking help.
I am beyond grateful to be able to provide a safe space for my client's to process stress, learn new things, and have their most vulnerable moments. I love helping teens and young adults with all of the transitions that come with growing up, the good and the bad. I also have experience with and enjoy working with individuals with Autism, ADHD, and/or other neurodevelopmental disorders.
My treatment approach is rooted in the concept that more than half of therapy is simply being with a therapist. I am direct and honest, and believe the therapeutic relationship is essential to making progress. I specialize in working with teens and young adults. At the minimum, I want our sessions to be a space where you can just be; there is no one to impress and no one that is going to judge you.
