About me

You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, stuck in difficult patterns, or simply tired of carrying so much on their own. Therapy can be a space where you feel heard, supported, and able to make sense of what you’re experiencing without judgment.

You may be the person everyone comes to, the one who handles things, keeps going, and tries to make sure everybody else is okay. Meanwhile, you may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally tired, frustrated, disconnected, or simply tired of always having to be the strong one.

Maybe your mind does not seem to shut off. Maybe you are dealing with stress at work, relationship or family problems, grief, people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, anger, burnout, or past experiences that still affect how you feel about yourself today. You may even be at a point where you cannot fully explain what is wrong. You just know you do not feel like yourself, and something needs to change.

That is okay.

You do not have to come into therapy with everything figured out.

My goal is to give you a space where you can talk openly without feeling judged, rushed, or like you have to explain yourself perfectly. Therapy with me is warm, supportive, conversational, and centered around you. I want you to feel like you can show up as yourself, even on the days when you are unsure of what to say or where to start.

I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is not to tell you what you should do, but to help you better understand what you are feeling, where certain patterns may be coming from, and what may help you move forward in a way that feels right for you.

Sometimes that means looking at the way you communicate. Sometimes it means working on boundaries, learning how to say no without carrying so much guilt, or recognizing when you are giving too much of yourself to other people. Sometimes it means learning how to manage anxiety, frustration, overthinking, or emotional overwhelm. Other times, it simply means finally having a place where you can say the things you have been holding in.

I work with adults who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, burnout, workplace stress, relationship concerns, family conflict, people-pleasing, low self-esteem, perfectionism, anger or irritability, emotional overwhelm, and major life changes.

I also understand that who we are is shaped by more than just our symptoms. Family dynamics, culture, relationships, past experiences, and the environments we have had to survive in can all influence the way we think
