I am an experienced mental health therapist dedicated to helping individuals journey through, cope, heal and find relief with anxiety, depression, and trauma.

I love the medical field and found myself pursuing a nursing degree in undergrad until I discovered the passion of psychotherapy. I went on to grad school and got my Clinical Mental Health degree. I have attended and received training in different skill sets to help those in need of healing from trauma, anxiety, or creating a better understanding of oneself.

I love spending time with my family, playing games, anything outdoors and exploring different places.

I currently work as a remote clinician in the evenings and strive to provide the best care possible. I believe to truly understand another person deeply, we must be able to listen. Listen to the what is being said as well as what is not being said and to respond with compassion. I strive to create a space in which a person can feel safe and heard. It is important for me to remember that each person you see you may be the only person in their life capable of both hearing and holding their pain as well as their victories.

I have received training in mindfulness, creating a better understanding and approach to treating ADHD, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) a trauma technique, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and many more. I have worked with individuals struggling with addictions for more than 10 years.
