About me
I am a experienced licensed independent clinical social worker who is dedicated to helping those who suffer from medical trauma, life transitions, anxiety and depression.
I specialize in medical trauma and whole-person healing, supporting adolescents through adulthood who are navigating chronic illness, complex medical experiences, anxiety, and major life transitions. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, disconnected from their bodies, or unsure how to move forward after difficult experiences. I provide a safe, supportive space to process these challenges and begin healing.
My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I help clients process past experiences, develop coping skills, and reconnect with their bodies in a way that feels safe and empowering. Together, we build resilience, increase self-understanding, and create meaningful steps toward healing and growth.
I believe healing begins when you feel truly seen and supported. Whether you’re navigating the impact of medical experiences, stress, or life transitions, you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to help you make sense of your experiences and move forward in a way that feels grounded and meaningful.
