About me
I provide evidence-based support and advocacy for adolescents, adults, and parents, helping them navigate emotional and behavioral challenges to move past feeling stuck and toward a more confident future.
Navigating the complexities of adolescence and adulthood can be a significant source of stress. I bring over eight years of experience assisting individuals facing emotional and behavioral challenges within school and social environments. I also work closely with parents, offering guidance and advocacy to help them better understand and support their child’s unique needs. My expertise is further enhanced by specialized training in neurodivergence (ADHD and Autism) and emotional regulation. I provide evidence-based, targeted support to help you move past feeling stuck and toward a more confident future.
I have immediate openings on Tuesday afternoons and daytime availability on Wednesdays and Thursdays. In our work together, you'll gain the coping skills necessary to handle difficult emotions and life’s many transitions. We’ll look beneath the surface to understand the 'why' behind your behaviors, fostering a sense of empowerment and self-awareness.
I provide a warm, collaborative environment where we focus on instilling hope, building self-worth, and achieving lasting change. My goal is to equip you with practical, culturally-attuned strategies that allow you to face challenges with confidence and live a life of intention.
