About me
Whether moving from one life phase to another or one culture to another or one job to another, learning new roles or assuming new career can be difficult and lonely. It can feel like nobody really understands what you're going through. You want more from your future but you aren't sure where to start. You feel like you're facing your problems or new experiences alone and like you have no place. You're nervous. You feel overwhelmed. Your world has been shaken and you don't know how to survive in this one. You just want some peace- where you can be yourself, Wherever that is.
Imagine that you have adjusted to your new normal. You have found where you call home or dream job. You feel understood, safe, and like the world is yours. You have established yourself in your new space. You aren't an outsider- this is it. Life is good and full of promise.
If you've felt stuck for a while, it may be time to ask for guidance.
I would like to start by saying that we deeply believe that each person matters and everyone is made to thrive. You were made to find emotional peace, productivity, authenticity, personal growth, and development in all areas of your life.

Education & Experience
Rabab Alma is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She graduated with a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from LaSalle University in PA. She has worked with individuals, couples, and families for over a decade. She is an Arabic and English-speaking therapist.
After migrating to the U.S. at 23, she decided to develop her career and pursue higher education. So she entered corporate America and earned her MBA. Though she enjoyed corporate America, she realized it was not her passion, so she took a different route and pursued the psychology field. Rabab decided to help her clients with career counseling and consulting. She was committed to raising her child on her own and moving one step at a time to succeed and excel.
Rabab Alma understands what it means to fly solo and keep moving regardless of what life throws at you, and she can relate to your struggles and ambitious dreams.
