About me
I am a compassionate counselor who promotes a lifestyle of peace by pursuing the wellness of Mind, Body and Spirit.
My goal is to promote, in every person, a consistent lifestyle of peace, hope and personal fulfillment. My approach to this fulfillment is the alignment and wellness of an individual's mind, body and spirit. The counseling experience with me is grounded in establishing a therapeutic relationship and partnership with each client. I believe that success in therapy is centered around that relationship. My desire is to walk alongside each client, as they search for meaning, hope and joy, that often gets overshadowed by the difficulties of everyday life. I have extensive experience working with individuals, couples and families. I utilize treatments that uniquely benefit each specific client and life situations.
I consider myself a spiritual person, that believes that hope, faith and suffering can coexist. I seek to incorporate each client's spiritual values in the counseling process. However, I honor and respect each person's spiritual beliefs and worldview without judgment. And I empathically do not impose my own spiritual beliefs unto each client.
