About me
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA)
I am so glad you are here seeking support to improve your well-being! My passion is helping people build the resilience needed to navigate the overwhelming stress and challenges of life. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space while providing compassionate and client-centered counseling services. As a school counselor for 15 years, I've had the privilege of supporting hundreds of teenagers and their adults with various issues to promote healthy adolescent development, including anxiety, depression, stress, identity development, relationship issues, life transitions, motivation, academic performance, and family conflicts.
While much of my professional background has focused on supporting teens, young adults, and their families, I also provide a welcoming space for women focused on healing. I work from a strengths-based, client-centered, trauma-informed perspective, with a firm belief in your innate capacity to grow, heal, and make positive changes to your mental health.
My own lived experiences, combined with my professional background, allow me to deeply understand, empathize, and support your healing as a teen, young adult, parent, or woman. If you’re ready to take the next step — or just want to learn more — I’d love to hear from you. Feel free to reach out with questions or to schedule a free 15-minute consultation.
