I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and hold a Doctorate in Psychology (Psy.D.), with a focus on trauma and relationship dynamics. My work is deeply rooted in helping individuals and couples navigate life's challenges, heal from past wounds, and create healthier, more fulfilling connections. With a background in both trauma therapy and self-development, I take a client-centered, compassionate approach to guide my clients toward growth, resilience, and healing. I integrate evidence-based practices with a genuine commitment to supporting personal transformation, whether it’s addressing past trauma, improving relationships, or fostering self-development.
