About me
I'm a therapist with experience supporting individuals through a wide range of mental health challenges. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, mood disorders, and co-occurring concerns. I have particular expertise supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and those healing from sexual assault, domestic violence, and other forms of abuse.
My clinical focus includes helping clients address communication difficulties, social anxiety, isolation, attachment issues, self-harm, dissociation, and personality-related patterns. I also work with young adults facing identity questions, including gender dysphoria and autism spectrum experiences.
I bring a trauma-informed, client-centered approach to therapy. I believe in meeting you where you are and creating space for authentic exploration of your experiences and relationships. My goal is to support you in building healthier patterns, improving connections with others, and developing greater emotional resilience.
I'm honored by the trust clients place in me, and I'm committed to showing up with genuine care and respect for your unique journey.
