About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) looking forward to being part of your healing journey.
I have been working in the helping profession for over 20 years in different capacities. I can definitely say I have always enjoyed being part of making a difference! I am passionate in the work I do and strive to provide the most beneficial services possible. I worked as a Prevention Specialist in the community prior to returning to school for my Graduate education. I, then, was exposed to truly working with Individuals and Groups in a therapeutic capacity. I have experience working in alternative school settings, juvenile justice institutions, County-run programs and now, in Private Practice. I have been providing services to those who have been experiencing obstacles in their life due to relational difficulties, life transitions, symptoms of depression and/or anxiety, and other life stressors.
Whatever the reason is that brought you here, we will work together to create an individualized plan addressing goals that meet your needs. Not only can therapy help improve and/or develop healthy coping skills to aid the progress into your own wellness, but can also offer new insights about yourself and your life. In this therapeutic journey, we work together to figure things out, recognize what's needed and plan accordingly.
