About me
I am a LCSW offering compassionate, trauma-focused care, grounded in the cultural insight I bring as an Asian therapist. I am licensed in FL, TN, NC, and IN.
Many of the adults I work with come to me feeling weighed down by trauma, anxiety, or depression. They’ve tried to manage on their own, but the patterns keep repeating—emotionally, relationally, or in daily functioning. Together, we work to understand what’s underneath those reactions, reduce the intensity of symptoms, and rebuild a sense of safety, agency, and self-trust.
I can help by using evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s needs. I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am licensed in FL, TN, NC, and IN.
