PRECIOUS DOUSE, M.Ed., LPC, CCTP
Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
Upon getting to know my clients, I allow them to navigate the path they desire and use tailored techniques to help them reach their desired treatment goals. I do encourage homework, to help build and solidify the breakthroughs that are made during the counseling process.
I enjoy empowering others to live their best life and healing from past hurts. I graduated from the wonderful Ohio University, where I earned my master's degree in Professional Counseling. My area of expertise is trauma, military, marriage, and depression. I believe in building a rapport with each client to help foster a working professional relationship. Counseling may seem daunting to some, but with humor, goals, and having an open mind, I'm sure together we'll help you move closer to living your best life.
