About me

Making the decision to enter therapy is a significant and courageous step toward healing and self-discovery, often accompanied by uncertainty and questions. At our practice, we prioritize creating a strong, supportive therapeutic relationship, recognizing it as the foundation for meaningful personal growth and lasting change. Our clients often come to us with experiences of depression, anxiety, trauma, and challenges with self-esteem, and we work collaboratively to help them navigate these issues, build resilience, and reconnect with their sense of self and purpose.
Our approach to therapy is collaborative, flexible, warm, and empathic. By building an authentic connection, we work together to help you better understand your emotions, strengths, and needs, and how these influence your personal, familial, and social experiences. We believe that meaningful change happens through insight, connection, and compassion—and we would be honored to support you on your journey.

We are trained in a range of empirically supported therapeutic modalities to ensure that each client receives care tailored to their unique needs and goals. Our approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), all of which are grounded in evidence and proven to support meaningful change. In addition, we integrate Collaborative Problem Solving, attachment-based approaches, and family systems theory to address relational dynamics and promote healthier connections. This comprehensive training allows us to offer flexible, individualized treatment plans that support clients across a variety of challenges and life stages.
