About me
I am an experienced adult and couples therapist helping you move out of stress, disconnection, and repeating patterns into more grounded, connected, and fulfilling relationships.
I’m an Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Indian American, a child of immigrants, and a mom of two in a bicultural relationship for over 20 years. Before becoming a therapist, I spent a decade in corporate media leading teams in New York City, so I understand the pressure of high-responsibility roles and always being “on.” I also know what it’s like to navigate different worlds—balancing cultural expectations, relationships, and your own needs. I grew up in a predominantly white suburb with immigrant parents and saw firsthand how stress, silence, and unspoken expectations can shape how we show up in our relationships.
You might look like you have it all together—capable, thoughtful, successful—but feel stuck in the same conversations, the same tension, or a growing sense of disconnection. Maybe communication turns into frustration, or you find yourself overthinking, overgiving, or shutting down.
In our work, we slow things down and get underneath those patterns. Not just what’s happening—but why. From there, we focus on real shifts: communicating in ways that actually land, understanding each other more clearly, and rebuilding trust and connection.
My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I won’t take sides or overcomplicate things. I’ll help you make sense of what’s going on and give you practical ways to move forward—so change shows up in your day-to-day life, not just in session.
This work is especially meaningful if you’re navigating cultural dynamics, high expectations, or the complexity of long-term partnership—where love is there, but something isn’t quite working.
I offer private pay telehealth therapy across California for those who want focused, thoughtful work and lasting change.
