About me

I guide individuals through grief and loss using a contemplative approach, fostering resilience and healing.

With over two decades of experience, I guide individuals through grief and loss using a contemplative and relational approach, integrating mindfulness-based cognitive therapy. Drawing on my multicultural background, I help clients reconnect with themselves, navigate their pain, and discover resilience.

Within the context of our therapeutic relationship, you are safe to be your true self, no matter what that looks like.
Our nervous systems are often on high alert, buzzing away in the background, even when we’re not aware of it. Feeling genuinely safe is a crucial ingredient for relaxation and healing. Together, we’ll create an environment that sends clear signals to your brain: “It’s okay to relax. It’s okay to let go.”

You don’t need to show up perfectly composed, and you certainly don’t need to have everything figured out. We’ll work together to tame that overactive mind – not by forcing it into submission, but by understanding its patterns and learning to work with them.

You’ll find that navigating your inner world becomes less like fighting a battle and more like embarking on an adventure of self-discovery.
