About me
Helping you return to yourself with compassion, curiosity, and courage.
I work with adults navigating trauma, substance use history, and dual diagnoses, offering a compassionate space to explore the origins of emotional pain and long-standing behaviors. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), somatic therapy, mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I help clients reconnect with their bodies, make sense of survival strategies, and cultivate a more loving, empowered relationship with themselves. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, be deeply seen, and move toward lasting change with curiosity and care.
