About me
I bring years of experience helping students, professionals, and creatives navigate challenges and build more fulfilling lives.
Life can feel heavy sometimes—whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, or the uncertainty of big transitions. You might feel stuck, burned out, or unsure of who you are and where you’re headed. That’s where I come in.
I’m Polina Blinderman, LCSW, a psychotherapist who specializes in helping clients move from overwhelm to clarity, from self-doubt to self-trust, and from burnout to feeling reconnected with themselves and their passions. I’ve worked with students, professionals, creatives, and parents who are striving to live with more balance, joy, and authenticity.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and non-judgmental. I integrate psychodynamic insight, behavioral strategies, and mindfulness tools to help you understand your story, build coping skills, and create meaningful change. Therapy with me is both supportive and active—we’ll work together to uncover patterns, build resilience, and move toward the life you want to be living.
